But I was able to pick both hot rods (the car and the lowered truck) just by driving around South Millville. And it was on an earlier chapter, like around 13 or 14. And of course I had to ice the greaser who was driving it. So I guess yours is easier to get since it just spawns without any opposition.
Haha only 77 bucks? I have somewhere in the neighborhood of $11,500
